• All references to times in promotions are based on the local time in Singapore.

Re-Delivery due to wrong address or non availability of Recipient
A $10 surcharge will be added for re-delivery. 

The average delivery times for delivery are:

                  All orders confirmed before 3:00pm,  delivery to your doorstep in the next date 2:00pm-6:00pm.

                  If your confirm your order after 3:00pm, that order will be proceeded as next day order. You can expect to receive the items on

                  the following day 2:00pm-6:00pm. 

                  (There will be no deliveries on Sundays, Eve and Public Holidays.)

                  If your order is received on Saturday before 3:00pm, delivery would be arranged on Monday 2:00-6:00pm

                  If your order is received on Saturday after 3:00pm, delivery would be arranged on Tuesday 2:00-6:00pm

Important Notes:

When the driver arrives at the point of delivery, we appreciate someone to be available to handover /sign for the parcel(s). In the event that nobody is available, we will call you and take further instructions. Please check the quality of  the items before you sign for acceptance  of the delivery. You could refuse to accept the cargo if you were not satisfied with that.

We guarantee the product quality tally with the information listed in our website. Packaging and brand might be different. This is occasionally caused by freight delay or some uncontrollable reasons.
